Cancellation Terms for the 39th Annual Meeting of EBJIS
Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to CAP Partner at ebjisconference@cap-partner.eu.
Cancellations postmarked before and on 16 August 2021 will be refunded deducting administration fee of € 35.
After 16 August 2021, registration fees are non-refundable.
NB! Please note that tickets for the Gala Dinner are non-refundable.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.
In case of a postponement or cancellation of the conference due to the COVID-19 situation, participants will able to request a refund of their registration fee minus the administration fee of € 35.
